Usually people think that dumbbells set is only for getting well shaped biceps. Most people who want overall fitness, don’t count on dumbbells then. Opposite to this notion, there are different types of exercises for almost every part of the body that can be performed better with the help of dumbbells. 

You must be wondering, for a gym it is okay to have dumbbells but how you will get the dumbbells for home as it is not wise to go to the market to buy the only item. Dumbbells Exercises: 

From warm up to intense exercises or from gym to home exercises, you will find dumbbells not less important in those totally different places or levels.   • Split Squats: Get the staggered stance like in football and hold dumbbells by your both sides. Lower your legs slowly to the extent that it feels comfortable. Now push back to your starting position. And Repeat with the other leg. For increasing the intensity, split squat and put your back foot on a higher place like the bench. You can perform it without dumbbells but with dumbbells in both hands make this exercise harder. Your glutes and legs will feel strong after some time if you continue the exercises.
  • Chest Pull Over: One of the best exercises for the chest. With the varieties of these exercises with dumbbells, you can get amazing results. To perform it, you have to lie on a bench with your back. Hold a dumbbell with both of your hands. Keep your both arms straight.Don’t lock. Lower the dumbbell slowly behind you. And feel the maximum stretch in the chest. Return the starting position. Repeat these exercises with targeting the inner section or upper chest. 
  • Dumbbell Snatch: This is a full body exercise that gives you effective results. So if you are doing dumbbell snatch, avoid doing over heavy lifting. To perform this exercise, you have to stand straight holding dumbbells in one hand and keep the other hand on your back.  Raise the dumbbell straight on your ear. Now do the squat. Bring the dumbbell below slowly. When it comes to your chest, twist your wrist. And bring the dumbbell down between your legs. Repeat the process to increase your endurance. Do this exercise right because this will create strength, flexibility, and toned muscles of legs, hands, hips, shoulders, and chest. So, incorporate this exercise and enjoy the full body exercise without heavy machineries. 

Some of these exercises you can perform without dumbbells as well. But if you do these with dumbbells, you will get benefited with more strength, tolerance and flexibility. So, make dumbbells part of your daily routine exercises, and avoid muscle loss as you get age. If you are in your thirties, it is the right time to pick dumbbells for various exercises.
