After reaching to an agreement with them about my surgery plan, they booked me the hotel and the surgery in few days.
When arriving at the airport, one of JFSPlanner’s team came to welcome me, and they drove me to the hotel in their very luxurious and very well-equipped van. All my transportation was free and guaranteed by this van – from the hotel to the hospital and inversely.
When we got to the hotel, no problem or bad surprises. Everything was well planned by the staff, so I got my room fast. The day after, first meeting with the surgeon. I didn’t have to wait in the waiting room. The surgeon was very comprehensive and was listening to all my wishes. He asked me various questions to be sure that the surgery I wanted was achievable. He osculated me and then explained me the operation’s process. In the evening, I took a rest in the hotel. The surgeon called me to be sure that everything was okay, and I had no doubts or worries.
Surgery day. I came to the hospital where we did all the administrative part and all the tests before the surgery. Everything went well. I stayed 48h in the hospital to make sure that I had no complications. The nurses were very kind, and they took really care of me. Before that, I stayed at the hotel 8 days where the staff took care of bringing me my medicines. After those days, I got back to my house.
I really recommend this clinic, for the prices and the quality of the service. Everything was done professionally and all the staff I met was just so lovely. The surgeon did a very good job. I’m just amazed by my results. Moreover, the hotel was great, which is very important for recovery after the invasive surgery. A very good experience that I got from JFSPlanner.
